Paint, Camouflage and Survive the Hunt
Paint Hide and Seek is a creative 3D hide-and-seek game in which color, observation and clever positioning are more important than simply running away. Enter colorful maps, receive your role and prepare for a fast round filled with suspicious shapes, unexpected hiding places and frantic chases.
When you play as a hider, your objective is to find a convincing place within the environment and paint your character so that it matches the nearby walls, floors, furniture or decorative objects. A good hiding place is not always the darkest corner. The best position is one where your colors, pose and silhouette look like a natural part of the scenery.
Once your camouflage is ready, remain still and avoid making unnecessary movements. Even a perfectly matched color can fail if the seeker notices an unusual outline or sees your character moving. You can also change your pose to fit smaller spaces, imitate the shape of nearby objects and make your disguise more believable.
Play as a Hider
Explore the map before the search begins and look carefully at the available colors, textures and objects. Select a position where your character will not appear out of place, activate paint mode and adjust your appearance to match the background.
- Choose a surface with colors that are easy to reproduce.
- Use a pose that reduces your visible silhouette.
- Avoid open areas where the seeker can inspect you from several angles.
- Stop moving when a seeker approaches your position.
- Keep an escape route available in case your disguise is discovered.
Play as a Seeker
As the seeker, your mission is to locate the hidden players before the round ends. Examine every room carefully and search for colors, shapes or character outlines that do not belong in the environment. Hiders can be positioned against walls, beside furniture, on the floor or in locations that initially appear completely normal.
Do not rely only on speed. Observation is your most valuable tool. Look at the same area from different angles, watch for sudden movements and inspect suspicious details before moving to another part of the map. Once you identify a hidden player, aim accurately and catch them before they can escape.
Objectives of Paint Hide and Seek
The objective changes according to your assigned role:
- As a hider: camouflage your character and remain undiscovered until the timer reaches zero.
- As a seeker: inspect the map and find every hidden player before time runs out.
- During each round: use movement, positioning and special abilities intelligently to improve your chances of winning.
- As you progress: collect available rewards and use them to access useful abilities, powers or equipment.

Tips for Better Camouflage
Study the environment before choosing your final position. Matching the background color is important, but your shape must also make sense. A character painted like a wall may still be easy to notice if its arms and legs create an obvious outline.
Try changing your pose before painting, place your character beside objects with similar proportions and avoid isolated locations. As a seeker, pay special attention to repeated patterns, misplaced colors and objects with unusual edges. Patience and careful observation often produce better results than searching the map at full speed.
