Learn what each map normally looks like. Search for repeated objects, unusual angles and items that appear too close to a wall or too far from similar furniture.
Enter rooms slowly enough to notice movement. Hiders frequently adjust their positions when they hear a seeker approaching, and even a small movement can reveal an otherwise convincing disguise.
Do not spend the entire round chasing one fast opponent. Block possible exits, use powers near narrow passages and return later if another area contains several suspicious objects.
Inspect hiding places from different camera angles. A disguise that looks normal from one side may have an incorrect shape, shadow or position when viewed from another direction.
